Whoa! I hope you are okay! You definitely did the right thing by ending the relationship but never hesitate to go to counselling if you feel you need help. The best thing I would suggest is to reduce your eating gradually, there wouldn’t be a safe way to lose weight quickly. Try using appetite suppressants, otherwise, replace the food you would normally eat with vegetables and fruit, and try avoid white breads and starch. Start off with light exercise, otherwise, visit a personal trainer who can professionally help you lose weight. But by no means should you feel any less valuable or worthy than you did when you were lighter, you are still strong and beautiful! Good luck :)
